Dean’s got some tips to help you stay fit without wasting half your day in the gym!

A big help for us was reducing the size of our meal plates. Smaller plates trick your brain into thinking you’re getting a bigger portion. There seems to be a lot of psychology involved when it comes to regulating food intake.

Feeling hungry at a really inappropriate time? How about drinking a glass of water instead of snacking? It may not be the tastiest treat in the world, but it should help curb your appetite.

Don’t make more food than you need. Leftovers are dangerous! It’s so easy to pick at them and you’ll find yourself eating double what you really needed!
