Morning Routine Tip for Waking Yourself Up… Maybe!

An article in “Entrepreneur” magazine has suggested a small trick in the shower can help wake you up in the morning. Great news for slow risers like Dean. However, it sounds pretty torturous!

Researchers have found that after a hot shower, there’s a sudden decrease in body temperature, which can make you tired. Not a great way to start the day, but then their answer might not be either if you have a dodgy ticker or are particularly sensitive!
