When Did You Last Use a Phone Box?

BT claim 70% of phoneboxes lose money and over 1,000 are to disappear this year!  With only 3% of us making a call from one in the last month – have mobiles finally ‘won the war’?

It seems few of us would miss phone boxes.  To be fair, a number of them are simply unused and covered in graffiti these days.  Over 12,000 barely manage a single call per month on average.

Sheena doesn’t think she’s used one since her early teens and Dean the same.  Depressingly – that’s a good few years ago now.
